In this highly interactive session, the group will mystery shop several organizations in an effort to learn what we’re doing well and what we’re doing not so well. On-line and over the phone, Simon will attempt to make a number of donations and ask a number of questions. As a group we’ll discuss the experiences in an effort to improve all of our fundraising.

In previous mystery shopping sessions, only 50% of charities have successfully processed donations. We’ll discuss why we’re making it so difficult and what we can do to improve. Then, we’ll look at real world examples of who is doing it right.
