Diane is a coach, facilitator and speaker who is passionate about inspiring leaders in the philanthropic sector. She coaches leaders, teams, individuals and boards across Western Canada, with a mission to inspire organizations to reach their philanthropic potential. With 20 years in fund development and over $40 million raised in the sport, education and cultural sectors, Diane understands the role of leadership in philanthropy.  Diane is now a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University, an accredited coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, a Strengths Deployment Inventory Relationship Awareness® facilitator, and a mentor with the Gustavson School of Business. She is also actively serving as President of the AFP Vancouver Island Chapter.
