The telephone offers a cheap way to engage with a large number of individuals very quickly while still being personal and immediately adaptable. Still, only a small number of charities see it as a fundraising tool. This session will look at the different types of calls you might make including care calls, upgrades, conversions and reactivations. We’ll listen to recordings of real fundraising calls and Simon will share actual statistics from the sector. We’ll also hear how some charities responded to calls from potential donors. Who knows? We might even mystery shop a charity live in the session!

Learning Outcomes:

  1. How to create your own script or call outline
  2. Expected results based on real data
  3. Tips and tricks for maximising ROI
