Sometimes inspiration can be found in the last place you look.

You might be accustomed to the roster of speakers on the circuit today. Maybe you think you’ve seen it all. But what if I said you’ve only scratched the surface of speaking talent in Toronto’s fundraising community? What if I told you there are plenty of unknown speakers just waiting for their chance to shine?

Let me introduce you to AFP’s Speakers Discovery Series. Hosted at the Tranzac Club, the inaugural night will feature a line-up of promising new speakers and will be headlined by the accomplished speaker, Maeve Strathy. The theme will be career “firsts” – you’ll hear tales of their first big success, their first big disappointment, and other surprising firsts that will amuse and inspire. All in the spirit of community and professional growth.

You won’t see any slideshow presentations here. No sales pitches either. So please join us, grab a drink with your peers, and support a few undiscovered speakers by lending your time and attention.
