Fundraising for Introverts

Fundraisers are generally considered extroverts – outgoing event hosts, mix mingling schmoozers, able to ask without fear. The truth is quite different and it would surprise you: many fundraisers at all ages and stages are often a mix of both styles. Introverts bring a different set of skills to the table that can be equally effective at securing gifts and building relationships. This webinar is NOT about how to become more extroverted; it’s about understanding your strengths and how to leverage them to achieve success. Resources and free follow up learning will be shared. Log in to hear about:

  • Discovering your strengths and understanding which skills are needed for what roles in our profession – you will feel more confident
  • Case studies of introverts who has successfully evolved into every facet of the fundraising profession – we will dispel myths
  • Tips for surviving special events and other fundraising functions that require extroverted style and energy – excel in your career without compromising who you are
