Peel Region Workshop: Philanthropic Trends

From the emergence of the millennial generation as the largest segment of Canada’s population, to the growing importance of women as donors, to an ongoing evolution of donor behaviours and attitudes, today’s fundraising landscape is experiencing a fundamental shift where, in many ways, old rules simply no longer apply.

In this presentation, Nicole Nakoneshny, KCI’s Senior Vice President and Editor of Philanthropic Trends Quarterly, will share KCI’s observations about the market forces – demographic, economic, social and competitive – that are shaping fundraising and philanthropy in Canada today. She will also share KCI’s insights and observations about what these market forces means for the sector and the charities in it…and, perhaps most importantly, what charities should be doing to respond so that they and their fundraising programs survive and thrive.

Worth 1.5 CFRE points!
