Fundraisers are leaving non-profits at an alarming rate. According to Compasspoint and Cygnet research, we have a long road ahead of us if we are going to help charities succeed now and in the future. If your fundraising (sales) staff are turning over at an alarming rate, you are losing, on average, $200,000 per year. This is a HUGE hidden cost for non-profits that we are not addressing.

What can you do, as a fundraiser, if you feel like you're going nowhere at your job? What can you do, as a leader, to help your good fundraiser stay? You will learn how to name and claim what is going on, as Jung says, "One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious."

Learning Outcomes:

1. Participants will learn about Decent Work (Ontario Nonprofit Network)

2. Participants will learn about Workplace bullying, the battle between somebodies and nobodies, and how to be a persuader and an activist

3. Participants will learn how to name and claim what is going on in their workplaces

4. Participants will learn how to get clear on what is wrong and what could be done to stop it.
