These are the questions behind our revolutionary Canadian Online Fundraising Scorecard. We gave to and followed 152 Canadian charities, tracking the communications and donor experience along the way. The results, which we’ll share with you, shine a light on where organizations are at today, the gap between best practices and what is actually happening, and the areas of opportunity when it comes to digital marketing.
