Ahtsham Yousaf is an Account Manager at Blackbaud Canada and has been working with non-profits his entire professional career.

He is an avid proponent of the sector and has a strong passion to help nonprofits communicate their message more effectively, raise more funds and ultimately, grow their mission. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Ahtsham was the director of Fund Development and Communications at Islamic Relief Canada, an international development agency, where he had the opportunity to visit and work in places like Kenya and Dadaab, one of the largest refugee camps in the world. He also helped the organization grow from a small size charity to a $18.5 million over a period of 5 years.   

Ahtsham is married with a 5 year old daughter named Mariam.
