The Science of Supporter Experience

Supporter Experience isn't rocket science - or is it? Exploring some tried and tested theories, we will look into some basic brain science behind what creates a memorable experience and a journey that plays to the way our brain works. We will cover off which interactions matter the most, how donor experience can drive future behaviour and what tactics you might use to improve experience and retention. Perfect for anyone looking to inject some ideas and different thinking into the mix and some new ideas to improve your supporter journey!
