Participants will leave with a mini-service audit to test the current reality back at the office.

PRESENTER: Mark Climie, CFRE

Mark Climie, CFRE is President of Wyers Direct Inc. – a “boutique” direct response marketing agency - specializing in the development of integrated fundraising programs.

Mark has more than twenty years experience in the field of fund and community development. He volunteers for many community-based organizations and is also a skilled facilitator and corporate trainer on many topics ranging from Fund Development and Volunteer Management to Change Management and Customer Service.

Committed to the advancement of AFP, Mark is a proud donor to AFP Foundation for Philanthropy - Canada and is currently Co-chair of Canada’s 2007 Every Member Campaign. Mark is currently serving as volunteer President of AFP Greater Toronto Chapter.

In his spare time, Mark swims competitively –winning gold and silver medals at the 2006 World Outgames in Montreal last August.
