This session, Working with an Executive Recruiter will focus from the perspective of the retaining organization rather than from someone seeking employment. This session will be a panel type discussion with representatives from the recruitment industry sharing their tips on how organizations can get the most value out of their partnership with a search firm. The session will include everything from knowing what attributes the panel seeks in a candidate to ensuring that search committee members are available as required for candidate meetings. More or less a “what I’ve learned over the years and wish clients knew!” The panel will be joined by a working fundraiser with experience using search firms and conducting searches in-house.
