Kevin Donovan

Kevin Donovan is the Investigative Editor and a senior reporter at the Toronto Star. Over the past 22 years, he has probed wrongdoing in government, police forces, social service groups and many other areas, with many of his stories resulting in significant changes to public policy and/or legislation. His work has earned him three National Newspaper Awards and the Governor General’s Award for Public Service Journalism, among others. Kevin has a particular interest in the charity world in Canada; his investigations have exposed the abuse of charitable funds, and have also highlighted many of the good aspects of philanthropy.
