Registration Information



REGISTRATION POLICY

Only individuals who are registered and have received a badge at the Conference Registration Desk may attend The Summit. There will be no auditing privileges. Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seating.

Full registration includes, continental breakfast, three plenaries, three workshops, and refreshment breaks. No registrations will be processed without payment.

Summit $ 250.00 + $ 12.50 GST = $ 262.50

Early Bird (Before May 14)

Member $409.50 + GST

Non -Member $477.00 + GST

Regular (After May 14)

Member $454.40 + GST

Non-Member $517.50 + GST

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before May 9, 2008 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations received after May 9 will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Substitutes from the same organization are welcome.

GROUP DISCOUNT

Two or more people from the same organization receive 15% off the total registration fee. To qualify for group discounts, submit only one cheque or credit card authorization as payment for the entire group’s registration fee.
