Movember Foundation has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a pivotal role leading our fundraising team in our Country office in Toronto.
Reporting to the global Chief Fundraising and Development Officer you will be responsible for leading and managing the team in Canada and for working with international colleagues in Fundraising Development and Marketing to help develop a strategy and service that supports both fundraising and advocacy/campaigning needs. The role will involve building on our current Movember brand to become an all year round blend of activity, creativity and diversity.
We are looking for someone with strong and inspirational leadership skills, a drive that delivers results and the ability to effectively manage change. The successful candidate will have an impressive background in fundraising, sales or marketing with outstanding skills in leadership, strategy, operations and communications.
