PART-TIME - 4 days per week
Reporting to the Director, Practice Management & Education, the Manager, OMF is responsible for developing and managing OMF fundraising strategies, programs and communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Manages OMF fundraising programs and campaigns, establishing and managing budgets, determining performance targets and evaluation metrics, preparing associated communication/sponsorship materials, developing implementation strategies and tactics to introduce new programs and improve the success of annual initiatives;
- Evaluates program/campaign success, analyzing evaluation metrics, donor community reach and fundraising results, monitoring industry/community trends and emerging issues, determining potential impacts on fundraising activities and recommending strategies, new approaches and tactics to improve outcomes;
- Ensures annual fundraising events and campaigns are effectively implemented and managed, establishing project plans and financial goals, managing deliverable, resources, budgets and timelines to ensure outcomes are achieved, securing sponsorships, liaising with the Marketing/Technology departments to develop registration forms, invitations, communication and advertising materials and website content, managing volunteers/committees, resolving issues and preparing regular progress reports and updates;
- Manages reporting staff activities, assigning and directing work, monitoring workloads and performance, ensuring ongoing work quality and adherence to policies and standards, providing feedback and coaching and conducting performance reviews.
Education: Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience: 6-9 years fundraising experience
