Role Profile:

Reporting to the Director of Direct Marketing, and working closely with the Manager of Direct Marketing, the Direct Response Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Arthritis Society’s national direct marketing program, inclusive of direct mail, telemarketing, and digital fundraising


Required Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will hold a degree in fundraising, or a fundraising certification, with a minimum of two (2) years of direct marketing work experience gained from a fast-paced environment. He/she will possess a strong command of direct marketing principles, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work steadily and calmly under pressure. Strong analytical skills are essential, with Raiser’s Edge skills an asset. Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills, and excellent project and time management skills are a must. Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is required, with French language skills an asset.
