Mid-value donors have been some of the most valuable to our programs over the past two years and really stepped up to give in the pandemic – increasing their giving values through upgrading and additional gifts, to the organizations that they support and love. As we move out of the pandemic, we are asking ourselves: What will motivate them to continue to give at the same level and what do they need now to stay engaged? What are the key learnings from the past two years and what do we need to know in 2022 in order to deliver growth in 2023 and beyond?
In this dynamic session, Blakely will share the latest research study conducted with Leger on how mid-level donors are thinking about giving in 2022 and beyond, what motivations and donor needs are relevant now, and what drivers are impacting how we build strategy for this vital donor group. We will explore new approaches to donor journey work, proposition, segmentation, and tactics and what you will need to know to further engage people to keep them giving.
Whether you have a robust mid-value program or are just starting to look at this vital donor group as a new opportunity, this session will help you better understand your donors’ mindsets and identify the opportunities that exist in your own program around mid-value giving.
Harness the power of these incredible donors through fresh insights and thinking that can make all the difference to your strategies now, and in the future.
