Creating and managing special events in the not-for-profit sector has become a major fundraising tool. In this course we are taking a project management approach to event management and explore the steps to plan and execute an event. We’ll dive into discussions and explore the latest trends in not-for-profit event management in Canada.

Project Management Framework: Learn how to apply project management principles to the realm of event planning, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the process.

Execution Excellence: Explore the step-by-step process of executing a successful event, from logistics and budgeting to risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Interactive Discussions: Engage in lively discussions and knowledge sharing sessions to deepen understanding and foster collaborative learning.
