The COVID-19 pandemic has created a seismic shift in how we approach fundraising. Over-reliance on traditional fundraising channels (such as face-to-face or in-person programs) became a significant barrier, gaps in outreach needed to be (very quickly) filled, and lack of diversification in channel mix became an immediate problem. Perhaps most challenging, the human connection that is critical to building relationships with our donors was suddenly gone. Over the last 6-months, fundraising has evolved and adapted to the new normal. The question is, what's next? What key approaches, strategies, and tactics can we carry forward to make the future of fundraising more successful — especially in a world where the human-to-human connection may not look the same for some time?

Join Mo Waja, speaker, marketer, podcast host and producer, and fundraiser at Blakely and Maeve Strathy, Senior Strategist at Blakely, for a discussion on how build stronger, better diversified fundraising by taking advantage of new channel opportunities — particularly in the digital space — and reimagining our use of current fundraising channels.
