Session Description

When it comes to online giving, instead of relying on what some 'experts' or 'gurus' say, why don't you learn what works from the only people who really know: your donors. Not by asking them, but by seeing what they actually do through A/B tests in your emails, on your donation pages, and throughout your website. This session will share why this is so important to understanding your donors and growing online revenue before walking you through how you can actually go about testing and then examining what you should be testing. By the end of the session, you'll be able to run, validate, and log your very own experiments!
