Advancement Communications & Marketing works to promote and communicate alumni and donor messages along with direct marketing services for alumni and donor engagement.
Under the direction of the Associate Director (ADA), the Development Coordinator supports this mission by coordinating and administering the fundraising activities for the ADA(s). The incumbent performs administrative, clerical and special project duties related to prospect development and coordination, proposal production, donor stewardship reports, and events.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:
Diploma in fundraising, business, humanities, marketing, logistics, planning, journalism or office administration. Equivalent education and experience includes high School Diploma with some post-secondary courses related to business, administrative studies, office administration, fundraising. Three (3) years of work/volunteer experience including, fundraising, administration and/or workflow/event cooridnation experience and documentation drafting. Experience in a fundraising organization an asset. University experience an asset.
