Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

The Centre for Young Black Professionals (CEE) is a Toronto based non-profit serving Black youth (18 – 29 years old). CEE advances the economic and social development of Black youth facing multiple barriers to employment and achieve career development and job readiness using holistic, person-centred and culturally relevant programs and services.
They do this in collaboration with Black youth, their families, employers and the broader community.
We’re looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic individual who shares CEE’s vision of a society and economy in which Black youth achieve financial prosperity and a high quality of life for themselves and their families.
The Director of Programs & Service Delivery’s mission is to support the programs and wrap arounds supports effectively and according to the operational plan at CEE. You will be a voice, creative mind, insightful data-driven learner, team player, and act as a force multiplier to drive growth. CEE is looking for a candidate with extensive experience in community-based youth, employment/entrepreneurship or community development work. You will also have a deep understanding and experience in working with and understanding the needs of the Black community in Toronto.
