The Position:

Reporting to the management leads of Alumni Engagement and Parents Relations, the Events Specialist will work collaboratively with the school to plan, coordinate and execute school events, which include but are not limited to, Advancement events, Havergal College Parent Association (HCPA) events, parent engagement events, donor events, and alumni engagement events.

The Events Specialist will work closely with Advancement, Strategic Enrolment, staff, faculty, external suppliers and senior volunteers to plan and execute events that meet strategic goals, promote fundraising and stakeholder engagement, raise awareness about key topics and issues important to Havergal College, draw in new stakeholders, and ultimately, enhance the reputation of Havergal College. The Specialist will also collaborate with and support the Deputy Principal’s Executive Assistant in implementing the School’s major events such as Founder’s Day, Awards Day and Graduation Day.
