The Position

The Manger of Development Operations is responsible for the effective functioning and activities associated with the Raiser’s Edge/NXT database and Blackbaud products with a strong emphasis on data integrity.  This position ensures the creation, maintenance, and implementation of improvements within all donor systems – which also include planning, upgrading and troubleshooting – ensuring that what is required by the Foundation is always up-to-date, accurate, understood and being used effectively to increase data hygiene, improve profitability and performance suitability and enhance the effectiveness of fundraising activities.

The position requires the efficient and effective use, integration, and reporting from all the Foundation’s Blackbaud systems. This includes database administration, gift processing, with a high emphasis on the creation of system data output via queries, exports, lists, reports and staff training in support of Raiser’s Edge/NXT; all while providing direct supervision for the Database Coordinator and Gift Processor.
