You have a passion for the nonprofit sector and a history of working within it. You
have a strong understanding of corporate partnerships, and you enjoy critical,
creative, and strategic thinking about doing good in the world. You excel at
managing projects, client relationships, and are curious about consulting. You want
to play a key role in shaping the future of our team, further establishing T1 as a
leading agency in the partnership space.


Responsibilities:
• Have a strong understanding of the nonprofit sector. This includes fundraising
and revenue generation, corporate partnerships, and events (including P2P).
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensure high quality of project
deliverables and ensure timely project status reporting to relevant
stakeholders.
• Develop strong relationships with our clients, lead meetings and working
sessions, solve issues and advance our business.
• Support strategy development and recommendations for our clients based on
solid research and insights. Build implementation plans to help our clients
execute on our recommendations.
• Leverage market insights to develop creative solutions to the challenges our
clients face.
• Support the partnership team working under condensed timelines, develop
and lead multiple projects at the same time while delivering the highest
quality of work possible.
• Keep current. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of relevant sector
intelligence and trends, including research methodologies, evolving
technologies, donor and consumer behaviors, etc.


Requirements:
• Have 3-5 years working in fundraising and/or corporate partnerships in the
nonprofit sector. Agency experience is considered an asset.
• Understanding of partnerships in the nonprofit sector, fundraising and revenue
generation, and the event landscape.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Strong software/computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
