PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY CONTRACT TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2025.

The Senior Business Analyst role addresses the needs, for the Advancement CRM project, for work directly related to the implementation, identity and access, data preparation, and reporting and analytics. The Senior Business Analyst role develops and executes transition plans to ensure successful operationalization of newly developed solutions, which includes preparing documentation, leading training sessions, and providing subject matter support during the transition period.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:

Education:

University degree, such as a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts, with specialization in computer science, information technology, project management or business analysis. Certification in Business Analysis is preferred, such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA-CBAP) and/or Professional Business Analyst (PMI-PBA).

Experience:

Four (4) years’ experience in technical projects, systems enhancements, or systems maintenance to support multiple functional/operational areas, including one (1) year working at a Senior Analyst level.

Demonstrated experience in delivering presentations, technical writing, and facilitating discussions with cross functional teams, working with, and supporting complex, high profile projects that impact interconnected business functions.

Formal training in the requirements, business analysis, or project tracking/management lifecycles.

Knowledge and experience in various systems development methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative and Agile.

Demonstrated experience in applying various techniques to elicit, analyze and communicate requirements.
