WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25
TIMEACTIVITY
8:15 - 8:45 AMMeditation for Beginners with Andi

Andi D. RMT is an alternative integrative health care practitioner, a meditation facilitator, and a soul coach. Her unique style and intuitive nature allow her clients and students to feel comfortable, natural, and supported. As an introduction to insightful awareness, Andi always begins by bringing attention and awareness to the breath. "The breath is the foundation of that which we return to time and time again." Once the breath is established, skills are offered to develop a "taming of the mind" or an awareness of what is occurring in each moment as it arises and falls away. In this manner, meditation, body sensations, and mind states are explored.
