We have all made them: the embarrassing oopsies, colossal failures, flops, the errors.
With a few years of life under our belt most of us by now realize that mistakes and failures are all part of the human experience but what happens when they take place at work?
Within the fundraising sector mistakes can sometimes feel like they carry a heavier price with the potential of hurting our organizations, our causes, our relationships, our reputation, our confidence.
But there is always a way back. A bounce back, a comeback.

A playful, intimate, and open conversation. Hear from others how they went beyond messy failures to find a way back.
