AFP GTC Facilitator: Mid-Career Fundraising Professionals Workshop
Are you a dynamic facilitator with valuable insights to share? The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Toronto Chapter is seeking a facilitator to lead a workshop for mid-career fundraising professionals in February 2025. Click here to learn more and apply.
We are looking for an experienced and engaging facilitator to inspire connection and collaboration among a group of 20–35 mid-career fundraising professionals. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic 3-hour workshop.
This workshop will be an opportunity to:
- Empower participants with actionable strategies for career mapping, priority-setting, and navigating personal and professional challenges.
- Foster connection and collaboration through meaningful peer sharing and support.
- Showcase your expertise while making a lasting impact on the next generation of sector leaders.
We are seeking facilitators with coaching, training, or facilitation experience, as well as subject matter expertise and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by fundraising professionals.
We invite individuals with a proven ability to create dynamic, interactive learning experiences to express their interest. Facilitators with lived experience, work experience, or strong connections to underserved and equity-denied communities are especially encouraged to apply.

The workshop will take place on February 20, 2024 from approximately 8am to 1pm EST in downtown Toronto (venue tbd). The compensation rate for half-day facilitation is $650.
