
Director of Development
Conrad Grebel University College invites applications for the position of Director of Development. The Director is responsible for all fundraising, development, and alumni relations activities of the College and reports to the President. This includes leading annual and long-term fundraising plans, donor and alumni engagement, and major gift and planned giving strategies, in alignment with the mission and values of the College.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong record of relationship-building and fundraising, preferably in an educational context. They will bring enthusiasm for personal donor engagement and a deep appreciation for the values and identity of Grebel, which is rooted in its Christian and Anabaptist/Mennonite heritage.
Conrad Grebel University College is a liberal arts college affiliated with the University of Waterloo. It offers programs in Peace and Conflict Studies, Music, Theology, Religious Studies, and Mennonite Studies, and houses a residence community of approximately 172 students. The College is also home to the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement and the Mennonite Archives of Ontario.
