Eva’s Initiatives for Homeless Youth is inviting consultants, collectives, or agencies to support our team in advancing key deliverables from our strategic plan. 

This 5-month project, valued at $20,000, focuses on supporting our transition to B3 (Black-led, Black-serving, and Black-focused) through strategic fundraising initiatives. The project includes three key deliverables: 

1. Developing and executing a donor consultation strategy to gather insights from our community. 

1. Building a donor acquisition campaign aimed at broadening our support base. 

1. Establishing a major gift pipeline and providing coaching for our Executive Director, Resource Development Committee, and Development & Communications team. 

The RFP submission deadline is Friday, January 31, 2025. We seek to partner with consultants, collectives, or agencies that are Black-led and/or deeply experienced in anti-racism and anti-oppression work, with a particular focus on addressing anti-Black racism.
