THE OPPORTUNITY
AgentsC Inc. Talent Services is engaged on behalf of the Black Opportunity Fund (BOF) to recruit a talented senior fundraiser who is passionate, skilled, and knowledgeable about Black empowerment, community development, and entrepreneurship.
With a strong background in Major Gifts fundraising, and a particular ability to build productive relationships with philanthropic Corporations, Foundations, and Major Donors, the role of Senior Development Officer (SDO) is essential to the continued growth and success of BOF.
Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be aligned with BOF’s mission and values, and share our ambition to expand the organization’s fundraising to its full potential. The candidate will also be ambitious, with an ability to meet fundraising goals while also pursuing an interest in career development and promotion to a new, future role as Director of Fundraising.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The hiring salary range for this full-time, permanent position is $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. BOF also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
