With exciting projects on the horizon—including innovative equipment, capital renovations, groundbreaking research, and educational initiatives—this is a pivotal time to join our team and make lasting impact.

  • Be proficient with Raiser’s Edge database inputting and leverage the database for organizing and tracking sponsorship outreach.
  • Research and apply best practices in corporate partnerships and pursue new strategies and industry trends to expand sponsorship and corporate giving opportunities.
  • Act as an ambassador throughout the community, positively and professionally representing Lakeridge Health Foundation.

What you bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional fundraising organization or sales environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building and advancing relationships in a fundraising or sales environment.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Direct experience soliciting sponsorships, sales, or donations with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to recognize and build connections throughout Oshawa and Whitby to expand the Foundation’s networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with fundraising or customer relationship management databases, preferably Raiser’s Edge.
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
