NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the members of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Greater Toronto Chapter will be held virtually on Thursday, September 14^th from 5:30 – 6:30 pm EDT to:

• Present the appointed AFP Greater Toronto Chapter’s interim directors and officers.
• Receive and consider the 2022 audited financial statements.
• Appoint the auditors.
• Transact such further business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

A Zoom link will be provided in advance of the meeting to those who RSVP and are eligible to attend.
