Stewardship Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Stewardship Specialist to enhance our donor experience and recognition efforts. As a key member of the Major Gifts team, you will play a vital role in acknowledging, recognizing, engaging, and ensuring accountability to our valued donors.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute customized donor recognition plans in collaboration with major gift officers
• Oversee physical and digital donor recognition (including donor walls, spotlights, and stewardship reports)
• Manage the production of stewardship materials, including donor reports, newsletters, and digital content
• Maintain accurate donor records, ensuring compliance with gift documentation and recognition standards
• Coordinate stewardship letters, acknowledgments, and donor communication to enhance engagement

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of direct donor relations experience in the nonprofit sector
• Exceptional writing and project management skills
• Knowledge of major gift fundraising principles
• Experience with InDesign and/or Photoshop (an asset)
• Membership with ADRP or AFP (an asset)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Outstanding attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
